• The UV-resistant fiberglass shell enables all-weather operation.

中秋烤肉，烤豬肉、牛肉、海鮮都不稀奇，嘉義有業者推出了烤全鱷，重達40台斤大鱷魚帶皮上架火烤，由於畫面實在太震撼，吸引民眾好奇圍觀拍照。口感如何？吃過的民眾說肉質像雞肉，也有點像果凍。

中秋烤肉烤香腸、烤山豬肉，再往旁邊看，沒看錯，大大鐵架上烤的居然是烤鱷魚！鱷魚帶皮整隻火烤，不時還要翻面平均受熱，嘉義燒烤業者接受委託到府幫烤，推出烤全鱷，畫面實在太震撼，吸引現場民眾好奇拍照。

顧客vs.業者：「這是什麼肉？（鱷魚肉。） 好吃嗎？（快點吃下去就知道。）」

顧客：「鱷魚其實吃起來像雞肉，膠質非常多，吃起來的話，有點像果凍的感覺。」

業者山豬亮：「鱷魚盔甲比較厚，所以說我們掌握火候方面，要比烤豬還要仔細一點，大概有七、八組客人有需求。」

業者說，烤全鱷體型重量比起烤乳豬還要費工，必須出動兩人以上幫抬、幫烤，價格費用當然比較昂貴，一般來說都是廟會或是企業行號辦桌聚餐委託代烤。中秋檔期，顧客點烤全鱷嚐鮮，整隻豪邁上架火烤，畫面相當罕見。
